Needle-free booster (CureJet)

CureJet is a needle-free jet delivery device. The clinic's description is 「바늘 없는 약물 전달, 피부 재생 / 피부 흡수율 극대화」 — needle-free delivery for skin regeneration, maximising absorption.

How it works without a needle

Conventional intradermal delivery uses a needle. Jet delivery is different: the solution is pressurised to very high velocity as an ultra-fine stream that passes directly through the stratum corneum. Because the jet is far narrower than a needle and leaves no needle track, there are no puncture marks, no bleeding and no bruising.

Distribution differs too. A needle deposits a point of solution around its tip; a jet fans out as it penetrates, spreading more evenly.

The preparations used depend on the plan — commonly regenerative and hydrating agents. What is used and how much is decided by the doctor.

Its place in the plan

CureJet leans towards gentle support and maintenance rather than structural change. It doesn't fill pitted scars or lift laxity.

The clinic lists it under acne & scars for 「흉터, 모공, 잔주름」 — scars, pores, fine lines. In practice it often bridges between ablative or microneedle sessions, or serves people who are needle-averse.

For short-stay visitors its advantage is clear: minimal downtime; you can carry on with your day.

Typically suited to

  • Ongoing improvement of shallow scars and pores
  • Fine lines and general skin quality
  • Strong needle aversion
  • Tight schedules needing a treatment with negligible recovery
  • Maintenance between other treatments

Procedure and recovery

The sensation is a light impact with some stinging; most people tolerate it with no or only light topical anaesthetic.

Brief redness afterwards fades within hours. No needle marks and usually no bruising — the main practical difference from conventional skin-booster injection.

Usually planned as a course, with intervals set by the doctor.

Precautions

  • Not suitable if allergic to the preparation used — disclose allergies at consultation
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Postpone if there is active infection or inflammation
  • No make-up for 24 hours; keep the area clean and protected from sun
  • After recent ablative treatment, the doctor decides the interval

Needle-free doesn't mean contraindication-free; the preparation itself can still cause an allergic reaction.

Pricing

Held as a placeholder in this phase. The clinic's website publishes promotional package prices, which are time-sensitive; we recommend using the statutory non-covered fee schedule (비급여 의료 수가표) in a later phase, presented as a crawlable HTML table. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation.
