Injectables
Injectables get flattened into "some filler" or "a bit of Botox", but they play different roles: filler adds, toxin subtracts, collagen stimulators regenerate over the long term. Different mechanisms, different timescales, usually combined.

Read moreTwo tracks: correction and regeneration
The clinic groups injectables into 「보정(필러•쁘띠)」 and 「재생(콜라겐부스터)」 — immediate correction and long-term regeneration.
Correction (filler and toxin) — hyaluronic acid filler provides volume support beneath the skin for contour and hollows; botulinum toxin weakens the contraction of a target muscle for expression lines and contour. Fastest to show, first to wear off.
Regeneration (collagen stimulators) — PLLA and CaHA materials that don't add volume directly but prompt your own collagen. Slow to show, typically months, but long-lasting. They change the skin's own condition.
Boosters based on hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides are their own category — see Skin Boosters.
Real plans usually combine the two: long-term regeneration as the base, then fine correction. Reversing the order tends to blunt the result.
Concern by concern
| Concern | Direction the clinic lists |
|---|---|
| Facial volume loss, reduced elasticity | Juvelook Volume / UltraCol / Sculptra / Radiesse |
| Immediate correction of contour and hollows | Restylane |
| Thin areas, neck lines | Belotero / Radiesse |
| Expression lines, contour | Botulinum toxin |
| Managing filler-related problems | Hyalase (hyaluronidase) |
This reflects the clinic's published mapping and is for understanding positioning, not for self-selection. Plans are decided at consultation.
On looking "natural"
The commonest worry with injectables is looking done. The answer depends far more on judgement of dose and placement than on the product.
Gradual is usually safer — start conservative, assess, then top up if warranted. Chasing a dramatic change in one go makes any correction more costly.
Worth noting: the clinic stocks Hyalase (hyaluronidase) for dissolving unwanted filler. That isn't a selling point; it's a basic safety provision — the reversibility of hyaluronic acid filler rests on having the means to dissolve it. Asking whether a clinic stocks it is a fair question.
